This week has had a lot of learnings with clients about suffering. I’ve learned about both positive and negative impacts on them, and the correlation to how they respond to suffering. While it’s true that suffering can cause immense emotional and physical pain, it can also offer important opportunities for personal growth and development.

Building a community can be a powerful tool for creating positive change and achieving collective goals. By bringing together individuals who share a common interest or purpose, communities can offer support, resources, and a sense of belonging that can be incredibly empowering.

The idea of wellness in the workplace popped up a lot for me this week. Had a business owner ask for resources for mental health as her team is struggling. Participated in a community meeting learning about wellness initiatives organizations are offering with the common theme getting participation is the hardest part. Even had a conversation about the possibility of taking away “unhealthy” food choices in a small cafe to “force” better decision making.
