Managing Weekly Lists
Create a structured weekly plan. Allocate time for essential tasks and meetings. Review and adjust your weekly schedule to meet the organization’s needs.
Managing Weekly Meetings

Managing 1-2-1 Meetings

Program FAQs

When does it start and where is it held?

The next class will start on January 8, 2025. The class meets on Thursday each week from 11:30 am-1:00 pm Central Time, for 12 weeks. Classes will be held Online via Zoom, as a group. Classes will conclude after 12 sessions (12 weeks), taking holiday weeks off as needed.

How do I know it’s for me?
If you want a rock star team you can depend on, you need to put your management team through this 12-Week Management Master Class.
What is the Time Commitment?
Class sessions are only 1½ hours per week. In addition, there is light homework that can take up to 1 additional hour each week. Most homework items fit into your daily routine as you implement what you learn.
How much do I have to participate?
A core tenant here at ActionCOACH is 100% participation. When you give your all, you will get more back in return. The most successful graduates of this program come prepared to participate each week.
